Which wls version do you use and ooh which operating system duo you run it? Depending on this you can run the server on jdk1.7 too to avoid the error check the certification matrix Oracle Fusion Middleware Supported System Configurations.Or you don't use jdk7 dependent code. Timo Which exact version of JDeveloper are you using? JDK7 is supported with some 11g versions:Certification Information If you first had your JDeveloper run with JDK6, then your embedded WLS is probably configured to use JDK6.I would recommend removing the System directory, and then re-install JDeveloper pointing to JDK7 from the start.

If your colleague's can compile and deploy the same code to the same server, they should see the same error. Make sure that the Java SE Version is set to 1.6/ But I am using code that works only with Java 7 and my colleagues who also use JDeveloper are using java 7. How can I fixe this problem? Thanks User, something doesn't add up here. In your ViewController check Project Properties for Libraries and Classpath. You just need to put it back as it was before. Thing is, What did you do with the JDK7? You must have changed the default one (1.6) to the new one. Should i do it on the viewcontroller project? on the managed libraries Java SE definitions?
